Music & New Media: Hugo’s Musical Journey with Les Djinns10.20 19:30; 10.21 16:00 Duanjun Theatre, STA
The work is inspired by Victor Hugo's Les Djinns and the fusion of Eastern and Western musical languages within the context of the "Silk Road" cultural background. Three percussionists play instruments combined with dynamic multimedia effects generated by motion capture sensors, along with pre-recorded audio-visual art, to create an experience where the audience can engage in a deep cultural dialogue through the interplay of sound and light.
