Dance Theatre: On the Island of Memories
Each person's hometown is like a solitary island — both impossible to sever from and often entangling the heart. The work presents the individual stories and reflections of seven young people from a contemporary perspective, exploring their personal relationships with their hometowns and their quests for identity in different eras. Despite the constant changes of the times, there is always a small island of the soul that stands eternal—a spiritual homeland in people’s hearts that never sinks.
